So the tories accuse the lib-dems and greens of 'grubby' deals over election alliances in some constituencies….without of course saying how they are grubby. This is a plain and simple smear. Greens and Lib-Dems agree on the most important question of this election - brexit. It's not grubby, it's principle. Not something the tories understand given how many of them have abandoned theirs.
Grubby. Let's talk about the 30 files on Tory election fraud with the CPS and the new question over a dodgy £5 million pound loan which is also under review, or the many dodgy and grubby links tories have with business pre and post being MPs. Perhaps the PM should look in a mirror, and see what grubby and opportunistic looks like?
Let's also be clear what the tories message about being low tax means. It means fewer services, less money for the NHS, less money for social care, the police, other emergency services, local government, and so on. Having neatly fobbed off local spending onto their new mayors, that is where they will try and lay the blame.
Criticise the Lb-Dems all you will for talking about needing to raise taxes to save services, but be honest about what cutting them means.
